All of the FooGallery PRO plans include 11 preset hover effects. This is the effect or animation that occurs when you hover over a thumbnail in the gallery. These presets are available on all gallery templates, except for the Simple Portfolio, Polaroid Pro and Slider Pro templates.
You are able to customize your hover effects in both FooGallery free and Pro. However, with Pro, you are also able to use one of the 11 preset effects. These make use of a range of simple graphics, coloring effects and basic animations that occur on hover, as demonstrated below.
You can see the full range of Hover Effect Presets in this demo.
Applying Hover Effect Presets
To make use of the Hover Effect Presets, you must be a FooGallery Pro user. Then, once you’ve added a gallery, you can adjust the Hover Effects settings by selecting the Hover Effects tab under the gallery settings.
If you do not want to use any hover effects, you can select none. This will remove all of your hover settings.
Alternatively, you can choose Normal. This will allow you to adjust the hover effects to your liking using the various settings available to you.
If you want to use one of the presets, you can simply select the one you want to use. You can see how it will look by toggling over to the Gallery Preview tab above the images. You will see that there are no customization options here, as everything has already been done for you.
You will be able to change the size of the effect, though. This will change the size of the captions, descriptions, and in some cases, the animation.
