Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use FooPlugins and other products sold through our website (https://fooplugins.com) by FooPlugins (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license) issued by our company.

Note: Licensing terms for our jQuery and Javascript plugins are here.

1. WordPress Plugin Licensing

Our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).

2. Automatic Upgrades

Automatic Plugin updates and premium support is available to customers for one year from the time of purchase. Licenses may be renewed at the full price of the license.

Customers are entitled to receive our premium support and automatic upgrades according to the license they have purchased:

Updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase.

License Renewals

License renewals entitle the customer to continue to receive support and automatic updates to the plugin.

The above license descriptions and license terms may be different for 3rd party vendor plugins. Each vendor plugin description page shall provide a link to each vendor’s individual license and update policies.

3. Definition of a “Domain”

A domain is a unique url which can support a WordPress installation. Installing any of our WordPress plugins on a sub-domain or in a sub-folder counts as a unique domain. Installing any of our plugins on a WordPress multi-site website, where members of the network receive their own installation of our plugins, is not prohibited. However, our support staff will only offer support to the primary license holder, or where the domain owner (network manager or network member) has purchased their own support license.

4. Delivery

After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and support license key. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then request support through the support form of the respective plugin. The form will ask for your license key, so it is imperative to keep that number available. After activating your plugin in your WordPress installation, you can also request support through the plugin settings panel (if the plugin includes this feature).

5. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are the property of FooPlugins. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

6. Site Content

All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on fooplugins.com and is the property of FooPlugins. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of FooPlugins.

7. jQuery and Javascript Commercial Licensing

Our free jQuery/Javascript plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).

The jQuery/Javascript commercial license is designed to for you to use our jQuery/Javascript plugins in commercial products and applications, without the provisions of the GPLv3. With the commercial license, your code is kept proprietary, to yourself.

Commercial Licenses are priced per developer. A developer is someone on your team working on a project that uses the jQuery/Javascript plugin.

jQuery/Javascript Commercial Developer License
This license is for individual developers. Each individual developer needs to purchase a separate license.

jQuery/Javascript Commercial Team License
This license is for up to 8 developers.

jQuery/Javascript Commercial Organization License
This license covers the entire team no matter how many developers are working on it.
