FooPlugins offers a 30-day refund policy. This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase after 30 days then you can request a refund.

Will my license be cancelled?
Yes, once we refund you, we will cancel your license with immediate effect.
Will I lose access to the pro features?
This depends. If you request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, your license will be cancelled and you will lose access to all premium features. In other words, you will revert to the free version of the plugin.
If you request a refund after your annual license has been renewed, you will keep the pro features, but lose access to premium support and any future updates. For example, if you purchase an annual license for FooGallery PRO and use it for a year, then request a refund within 30 days of the license renewing, then you will still have access to the pro features. But should any pro updates become available after this, you will not have access to these updates.
If you request a refund for a monthly license, then your license will be cancelled and you will lose access to pro features.
What if I request a refund after 30 days?
We will look at this on a case-by-case basis. In most situations, however, we will offer you a pro-rata rate based on the amount of time that has passed since you purchased or renewed your license.
My license auto-renewed but I didn’t want it to. What now?
Our offer of a 30-day refund still applies to licenses that auto-renew. However, this can often cause you more trouble than it’s worth. If you do not want to pay for the license for a second month or year, or if you’re unsure, we recommend turning off the auto-renew in your account.
You will still receive a reminder about your license’s expiry date, at which point you can choose to renew manually. Alternatively, if you haven’t turned off the auto-renew, look out for an email reminder notifying you that your license is about to be renewed. You can then decide whether you want your license to renew or not.
