This Pro gallery layout works in a similar way to the images viewer, displaying photos and videos in the gallery viewport on the page. Images don’t open in the lightbox when clicked by default (but this can be implemented should you wish to).
Some of the main features for this layout include:
- A set thumbnail size for all images – by default this is set to 640×500 giving you a large enough area to view images, but this is easy to adjust. You can also override this, so the viewport adjusts to the image dimensions.
- Navigational dots and arrows for scrolling through images.
- There are no hover effects set for the default Spotlight gallery, for a clear view of the images, even on hover. Again, this can be overridden by enabloing hover effects for your gallery.
The Spotlight PRO Layout offers a clean and effective way to showcase images on a page, without having to open them in a lightbox.
