Includes:

2. Customer Portal Access

Download plugins, manage your license key, and view all linked sites in one place.
Simple. Centralized. Agency-ready.

3. Onboarding Email

A short, actionable summary with direct links to documentation, setup guides, and support options.

Your Day 1 Goal

Activate your FooPass license key, download your plugins, and access the docs so you can deploy your first client site quickly.

First Week

Week 1 is about mastering the products and removing friction from your workflow.

Here’s what you can expect:

1. Onboarding Questionnaire

A fast form so we understand your workflow, your stack, and the type of support you need.

2. Technical Kickoff Call (20 minutes)

Meet with our Head of Support.
We’ll:

  • Match the onboarding to your agency workflow

  • Walk through each plugin

  • Ensure you know the fastest path to deploying across client sites

Form or no form—you’ll leave with everything you need.

3. Slack Access (Optional)

If you use Slack, we’ll set up a dedicated private channel.
This gives you a direct line to us for questions or escalations.

Your Week 1 Goal

You’ve met with us, understand the entire suite, and have direct Slack access for fast support.

First Month

By the end of Month 1, you should be seeing real ROI—on real client sites.

You can expect:

1. Installation Walkthrough Call

We’ll walk you through installing and configuring a plugin on one of your client’s sites—from start to finish.
This eliminates any guesswork and builds confidence for future installs.

2. Follow-Up Progress Check

A quick email to ensure everything is running smoothly and that no issues slipped through the cracks.

3. Free Client Site Review

We audit one of your client implementations and recommend improvements for performance, UX, and feature usage.
This is a win for you and a win for your client.

Your Month 1 Goal

You have a FooPlugin actively running on at least one client site, you’ve resolved any questions with support, and you’ve received expert recommendations to optimize your implementation.

Ongoing

This isn’t a one-month relationship. We support you for the long term.

What to expect:

  • Periodic check-ins

  • Feature requests, roadmap discussions

  • Early notice of updates and new products

  • Continuous optimization suggestions
