FooGallery Pricing FAQs
Do I lose my PRO features after my license expires?
You will not lose the PRO features of the plugin if you purchase a PRO annual or lifetime license. However, monthly licenses will lose the PRO features once the license expires.
If your license expires then you will no longer be eligible for pro support, and you will no longer get plugin updates.
Do you offer a Free Trial?
Yes, we have a 7-day free trial. It is a no-obligation trial and it does not require you to enter your credit card details. You can try out our PRO plugins for the week. The Free Trial can be used on any website, once.
If you want to continue using Pro at the end of that time, you can place your order then. If you want to go back to using the free version, then no action is required from you – your plugin will simply revert to free at the end of the 7 days.

What Support do I get with the Pro plugins?
FooPlugins offers dedicated support for the PRO versions of our plugins. If you have a query, all you have to do is log a support ticket here.
What is your Billing Cycle?
Your purchase of FooGallery Pro is done on a monthly or annual basis. In other words, you are billed when you first make your purchase and then again once a month, or once a year, while you continue to use the premium version of the plugin. Your license will be renewed automatically at the end of this period.
Please note that licenses are set to renew automatically, however, you can change this to a manual renewal if you prefer.
We do offer a Lifetime license on any of our plans. This gives you lifetime access to FooGallery PRO – including updates and support – for a once-off payment. To select the Lifetime option, click on the Buy Now button and then change the plan to Lifetime.

Yes absolutely! All our plugins have lifetime plans available. This gives you lifetime access to the pro plugins – including updates and support – for a once-off payment. To select the Lifetime option, click on the Buy Now button and then change the plan to Lifetime.
What is your Refund Policy?
If you are uncertain about buying the pro version, we recommend that you go for the Free Trial first. This will give you a week to try out all of the features, and will save you the hassle of requesting a refund should the plugin not meet all your criteria.
We do, however, offer a 30-day refund policy for annual and lifetime licenses. (We do not offer a refund for monthly licenses.) If you are unsatisfied after using the plugin for a month, then please contact us about your refund. While you are under no obligation to tell us what the problem is, we do ask that you kindly share any feedback with us. This can help us improve our plugins and create better WordPress solutions.
Please note that if you request a refund for a new license (that is, your initial purchase of the license), your license will be canceled and you will not have access to premium features.
