FooPlugins endeavours to support all our plugins as best we can. Each of our premium plugins has it’s own support form and may require a valid license key. A support link can be found on individual plugin pages, or in the quicklinks to the right.

Support Priority

Priority support is given to premium plugins and plugins that are newly released or updated. Support for free plugins is less of a priority, but time is set aside for these free plugins at certain times during the week. Please understand that free plugins are supported but we cannot gaurantee good response times, as we are a small (and very busy) team.

Pre-Sales Questions

If you have a Pre-sales question, please use our Pre-sales form found below.

Our staff replies as quickly as possible, but we attempt to fully answer and limit all pre-sales replies to one reply only.

FooPlugins Pre-sales Support

Please use this form to submit pre-sales support requests. If you need support for a FooPlugin you already own, please use the support form for that specific plugin.
  • Please note that in order to give the best attention to our Premium Support, we limit our replies to Pre-Sales questions to one reply.

Support Hours

Mon – Fri: 7am – 7pm EST.

Sat and Sun: Support is given, but not guaranteed until Monday.

Holiday Hours: The following holidays are given as time off to our support staff. All support requests will be answered on the first business day following any of the holidays below:

  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Thanksgiving (last Thursday in November)
  • Christmas (December 24th – 25th)
  • New Years Eve and Day (December 31st – January 1st)
