Sat and Sun: Support is given, but not guaranteed until Monday.

Holiday Hours: The following holidays are given as time off to our support staff. All support requests will be answered on the first business day following any of the holidays below.

  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Thanksgiving (last Thursday in November)
  • Christmas (December 24th – 25th)
  • New Years Eve and Day (December 31st – January 1st)
